Oh how I love hummus. I love the creamy texture of this Middle Eastern bean spread. As a kid I never heard of hummus, but when I tried it for the first time as a young adult, I was in love. Not only is hummus delicious, but it is comprised of many healthy ingredients. That’s a win!

I must admit-I love that movie. I don’t need to watch it again anytime soon, but I do love it. Of course, you are most likely familiar with the theme song, “Let it Go”. I am inspired by many other bloggers who are growing their businesses and following their dreams. Amy Lynn Andrews is a blogger who personifies the idea of following your dreams and running your business on your own terms. [Read more…]
I have loved grits all my life. I remember Sunday mornings before church when my parents would whip up a fantastic breakfast of grits, eggs, toast, sausage, and fruit. Back then, I would top my grits with a dash of salt and a pat of butter. I rarely eat them like that anymore. I don’t eat grits as often, but when I do, I prefer shrimp and grits. [Read more…]
