Breakfast is definitely my favorite meal of the day. A good breakfast always seems to start the day off right for me. If I miss breakfast, the rest of the day feels like something is missing. And what’s not to love about breakfast? The options are endless: pancakes, waffles, French Toast, cereal, fruit salad, omelettes, toast, muffins, sausage, bacon, biscuits…the list could go on and on! We have a weakness in our household for chocolate chip cookies. My husband and daughter love them chewy, but I love them chewy in the middle with a crisp outside. We don’t make them often-we have some self-control issues!
